The in-house catering department includes our Executive Chef, Ben Wheat, full-service kitchen team and hospitality staff. Our catering department works cohesively with our executive sales team to deliver each dish, detail and dining experience with perfection.
Our mobile kitchens are 53’ self-contained commercial kitchens with all appliances, cooking equipment, serving pieces, refrigeration, water and power resources required of a brick and mortar kitchen. These mobile kitchens allow us to offer affordable, freshly prepared food anywhere in the country as we are 100% location independent. This asset sets us apart as it enables us to be flexible with volume demands and styles of service, reactive to on-site changes, and able to perform at any venue for any length of time.

We offer a wide range of service styles and settings from private dinners for 100 to breakfast and lunch buffets with action stations, cocktail receptions with passed hors d’ oeuvres, plated services, galas and banquets for 5,000 plus. Our staff is able to execute multiple events occurring simultaneously, each with different menus, catering styles and presentation.
